Can someone make a brief fool proof explainer for how to do the liturgy of the hours? Even just morning and evening prayer. I can never figure out how to get the ribbons on the right pages (even with the yearly guide) or when to know to do what in Shorter Christian Prayer or the 4 volume Liturgy of the Hours set. The instructions are so confusing and it is as if the Church in her timeless wisdom purposely setup a completely humiliating complex system to induce us all to greater humility when we get so confused. But I love to pray them so much and would love to do it with the books, I usually have to rely on this website or associated app [Permission to view this media is denied]
but my phone is so distracting.

Also, can someone make a brief handout to give to high school confirmation students that explains what to call what members of the church and why they are called so (e.g. "your eminence", "your grace", "your excellency" etc)? The terms are so foreign to the students so I feel for them, but at the same time I get so embarrassed when they shake the Bishop's hand and say "thanks dude" and am only slightly less embarrassed by sincere "good evening sir" sorts of greetings. Embarassed
